EAMON P. MALONE

Mr. Malone is CEO & President of E & S Engineering Solutions, Inc. Dba KD Engineering and METCON Research. Previously, Mr. Malone was Vice President of the Motorola Company with responsibility for Global Operations of the Motorola Computer Group. Prior to that, he enjoyed an 18-year career as an Operations Director for the Intel Corporation. Mr. Malone became a registered C.P.A. while employed with Ernst & Young, Inc. Mr. Malone is involved in a number of charitable causes as well as finding time to be a member of National Broad of Advisors to the University of Arizona; Eller Graduate School.


JOSEPH M. KEANE

Mr. Keane is the Principal Metallurgical Engineer of KD Engineering & METCON Research. He is a registered professional metallurgical engineer in Arizona and eight other states. Mr. Keane received a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana School of Mines in 1962 and a Masters Degree in Mineral Dressing Engineering from Montana Tech in 1965. He has professional experience in all aspects of mineral and metal processing for the mining and pollution abatement industries including high temperature leaching, solvent extraction, and electro-winning. Responsibilities have included research and development, engineering and design, plant operations, construction management and consulting for plant start-up and technical development of new processes. Mr. Keane also provides operational, economic and investment analysis services to the natural resources financial investment community. In addition, He has published and presented many papers on the various aspects of the metallurgical and mineral processing industry. Mr. Keane has also taught many classes for mine operators and plant engineers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America.


BRAD C. SCHWAB

Mr. Schwab is Vice President and Senior Mechanical Engineer of KD Engineering. Mr. Schwab received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Technology from Northern Arizona University in 1978. Mr. Schwab's experience includes project management, development of project criteria, equipment sizing, preparation of detailed equipment lists, formation of capital/operating cost estimates, and supervision of engineering design. Mr. Schwab also has significant experience as a design engineer and construction manager for a large copper company in Arizona consisting of a mine, mill, smelter, refinery, rod plant, and power house. Currently, Mr. Schwab is the principal project manager for the design and construction of one of the largest, if not the largest, gold mine in China. He is also the principal project manager for the dismantling, relocation, set-up and commissioning of a 25,000 ton per day copper processing plant which is simultaneously being expanded to 37,000 tons per day.
